For those not familiar with the show, M William Phillips investigates cold cases and tries to come up with new leads. He is assisted by FBI profiler John Kelly and Thirteen (who is an incarcerated serial killer who tries to provide insight into the crimes).

Grade: I'm not going to provide a grade for this series since its informational and not a drama.. I hope re-airing these old cases will provide new clues to get these people off the streets before they hurt anyone else.
