Scream Queens Episode 11 Review: Killer Black Friday Bargains

The KKT sisters are determined not to miss the Black Friday bargains despite finding Gigi's head on a platter at Thanksgiving dinner. Chanel plans to buy hideous gifts for her minions and enjoy watching the "hippo parade" at Walmart. Later she has an epiphany and instead decides to buy pink jeeps for everyone. Yeah!

Unfortunately they linger too long the mall and it closes. The entrances are chained shut. Uh oh. RD appears with a crossbow. The rest of the girls escape but Chanel decides she's had enough. It looks like she's a goner after she gets shot in the shoulder. Just then Denise Hemphill arrives. She is now the Chief of Police in whatever-town-Wallace-University-is-in. Chanel lives. The unnamed cop with Denise doesnt fare as well.

Next the Kappa Kappa Tau's decide to take things into their own hands. Chanel and Grace agree that they must kill Dean Munsch. They will poison her with some delicious apple cider (the secret ingredient is puffer fish venom)... while discussing feminism. What's gotten into Grace all of a sudden? She used to have some morals. Oh never mind, she changes her mind and they kick her out of the sorority. Zayday stays behind.

They then plan to drawn her in the pool. Chanel has her bag of chains but the others are a no show. They're busy arguing with some poor sales lady who wont change the sizes on #5's lingerie. Dean Munsch arrives at the pool. You think something B-I-G is about to happen since she and Chanel go nose to nose... but nothing. This would also have been an excellent time for the Red Devil to show up.

Pete is invited to join the Dickie Dollar Scholars but he declines. Grace catches him packing. to go somewhere. She wants to have sex with him NOW. He keeps dodging her. Pete finally says he doesnt wants her first time to be with a murderer. Hmm, what could that mean? He also gets a mysterious phone call. Well, it's probably not Gigi since she's headless. He does still have that Red Devil costume in his closet. And what was his real connection to Boone?

We also learn that Gigi's sister was the person who originally took the babies. She then committed suicide and Gigi raised them. Wes is bummed since he didnt know Gigi all that well. He's still holding firm to the fact that she really liked his playlists.

Next the ladies take Cathy go to a cryogenic spa. It's the latest fad in beauty treatments. She gets in the chamber. The temperature drops to some ungodly number. Surely no one could survive that. Surprise! Dean Munsch looks like an icicle but has never felt better. Haaaa, she's apparently impossible to kill. Cathy Munsch is Wallace University's version of Rasputin.

Grade: 4 Monsters (out of 5). Extra bonus points for the indestructible Dean Munsch. I've said it several times before but Jamie Lee Curtis is superb in this role. All the awards should go to her. Next week is the two hour finale. Will the Red Devil be revealed? If not, I have no issue with it since the ride has been so much fun. My money is currently on Pete having had a sex change and being the "sister" Gigi referred to. Note: my predictions have changed every week (so at this point I've picked every person in the cast as the possible killer).
