Good Behavior Season 2 Episodes 1-2 Reviews: Trying To Go Straight Won't Last Long

After a stellar first season, Letty (Michelle Dockery) and Javier (Juan Diego Botto) are back for another round of cons. There will definitely be stealing, murdering and drugging/boozing (even though they're trying to go straight). We know that wont last long. The couple is going by the names of Lindsay and Emile. Letty now has custody of her son Jacob (pseudonym Michael). Letty is determined to get him into private school. The only problem is they don't have enough money. Javier takes it upon himself to become the bread winner. Being a line cook won't pay the bills. He's secretly still freelancing as an hitman (much to Letty's chagrin).

FBI agent Lashover(Ann Dowd who just won an emmy for "The Handmaid's Tale") is still shacking up with Christian and still hot on Javier's tail. She buzzes around Letty's mother Estelle and husband Rob.

Thus far the "Good Behavior" death toll stands at 3. Someone killed Javier's brother in law Silk. Now Javier has no crematorium in which to dispose of bodies. Javier has killed two people himself. The first was someone hired to kill him (so that was kinda self defense). The second Javier "strongly encouraged" to jump off a cliff. Bryce was a rapist (and attacked Letty in the woods). He deserved it IMHO. The only problem is Jacob's friend Apple saw the whole thing. Uh oh.

Grade: 4 Monsters (out of 5 Monsters). While I enjoyed the first two episodes I'm concerned "Good Behavior" might not be able to keep up the momentum we saw last year. See my season 1 reviews here. Hopefully they still have a few tricks up their sleeves to keep us coming back.
