It May Need A Little Ketchup
Meanwhile an injured Stahma is begin nursed back to health by T'evgin. I especially enjoyed the scenes of Kindzi threatening to torture and/or eat Stahma. That was great fun. More please! You can bet Stahma is going to get payback in a big way. And what was the pill Kindzi forced Stahma to swallow? Was she aboard their ship? That's what it looked like.
Alak May Need Some Parenting Classes. Babies Should Be Left At Home During Public Executions.
In other story lines, Datak was found guilty of treason. I thought he was supposed to be hung but the last we saw of Datak, he was being "stoned" on the shaming rack (as is the Casti tradition). It looks like Datak is a goner but I seriously doubt he'll die. However, we've seen an entire family wiped out this season so who knows. I dont understand Alak's reactions during the stoning. He turned his parents in as traitors. Now he's taking Luke to see his father as he dies and says "he was not without some honor".
So Much For Being Goddess Of The Badlands
Nolan is rounding up citizens to defend Defiance. They exercise and have shooting practice. One Irathi kid (Zero) is really good. He must play a lot of video games. Irisa finally agrees to join but has visions of shooting Tommy and freaks out.
I Would SO Watch "Sharkando 4: Sharks Vs Defiance Residents
Berlin's ex boyfriend Conrad Von Bach (played by Ian Ziering) arrives in town. We learned last week that he previously sold arms to the VC. Now he has some for Defiance. Conrad and Berlin make up and she agrees to leave town with him. Amanda calls her a coward for abandoning the town (and her) in its time of need.
Grade: 4 Monsters (out of 5). The scenes with Stahma and Kindzi pushed this up to a four. I just hope "Defiance" doesnt spend the rest of the season preparing for battle.
