American Horror Story Coven Episode 8 Recap: All The Dead People Are Back

This episode title "The Sacred Taking" refers to a ceremony to welcome the newest Supreme. It has only been performed three times. In other related news:

Misty and a resurrected Myrtle retreat to the Robichaux school because a witch hunter is trying to kill them. He stepped on Myrtle's face while skulking through the woods. That was a funny line.
The rest of the witches, lead by Cordelia, plan to kill Fiona before she can do anything else to them. Fiona will die soon of cancer anyway though. Myrtle tells Fiona to either take some pills and die peacefully or they'll burn her at the stake (which is what she did to Myrtle). Fiona seems more concerned over her love life with Axe Man. Needless to say Fiona is still alive and well (after upchucking the pills she took).
There's trouble after a three way with Zoe and Madison and Kyle. Kyle apparently has feelings for Zoe (although its hard to tell since he's a zombie). Madison overhears this and is upset.
Spalding who was previously killed by Zoe is back. Apparently he's a ghost. How does that work?
Queenie is currently siding with the Voodoo witches. And Marie chops off Delphine's head and sends ii in a box to the Salem witches. Remember when Fiona sent the Minotaur's head back to Marie in possibly the same box? It's really hard to find boxes that big so its good to save them. Have no fear though. Since Delphine is immortal her head is still live and well. Hopefully the rest of her body can come over and pick it up.
Meanwhile Hank is still waiting in his car to try to knock off some witches. Why does he shoot at the next door neighbors (the Ramseys)? He apparently kills the mother (Joan) but Misty revives her and then collapses. PS That Joan is a real freak and gives her son a bleach enema. Is anyone on this show normal?
So who is the next Supreme? They are hinting that it's Misty Day but I don't believe it. I'm going out on a limb and say its the next door neighbor kid Luke. There's nothing that says a Supreme has to be female.

Madison- killed by Fiona because she thought Madison was the next Supreme
Spalding- killed by Zoe but now he's a ghost (I think). He says his family has helped the coven for 300 years so he's apparently not planning on going anywhere.
Next door neighbor Joan who was resurrected by Misty. We see her in next week's previews so she's definitely alive.
Myrtle Snow- burned at the stake by Fiona. She was revived by Misty.
Delphine- she was never dead since she's cursed with immortality. Her head is currently separated from her body though.
And of course Misty. She was previously burned at the stake but revived herself.

Grade: 4 Monsters (out of 5). Great fun as always. Only one episode left in December. It's named "Head" so we know what that's about.
