The UnExplained Files on the Science Channel

There does not seem to be much about this show on the Internet. It is listed as airing on the Science channel on Wednesdays at 9 ET. However only 6 episodes are listed: See episode guide here: http://science.discovery.com/tv-shows/the-unexplained-files Many of these episodes are also available on YouTube:

  • "Valentich & Texas Blue Dogs"
  • "Livestock Mutilations and Curse of the Ice Mummy"
  • "Freaky Fires and Ghost Yacht"
  • "UFO, Mothman & Morgellon's Disease"- I may be late to the party but I had never heard of Morgellons's before. This is a disease in which strings or ribbons of some unknown origin come out of individual's sores. A number have been tested and do not match any known fabric or textile. Some people believe that humans are being genetically modified through a number of sources such as the food and water supplies and chemtrails. GEMOD = genetically modified organism. More Morgellon's info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morgellons
  • "Alien Rain, Beach Boom & Voynich Manuscript"- The Voynich Manuscript is VERY interesting. Its from the 15th century and is written in some sort of cipher that no one has been able to crack. It contains pictures of specifics that do not exist. See additional info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voynich_manuscript I plan to blog more about this in the future.
  • "Human Combustion & Carlos de los Santos"

Grade: 3 1/2 Monsters (out of 5). There was some new information that I had not heard of previously. However there don't seem to be any new episodes of this show and the original episodes are hard to find.
