Ani's brother Jake sneaks back into town and invites himself into Lara's house. Remember in the last episode, Jake catches Lara putting alcohol bottles in the trash (and we also find out Jake and Alan are trying to ruin Gina's business). Why? I'm not sure. Jake has some serious financial issues of his own. Ani comforts Gina at Owen's house and kisses her. She quickly pleads "temporary insanity" as the cause and leaves. I'm hoping Ani FINALLY finds out this season that Gina sent the letter that was intercepted by Lara.
Richard keeps encouraging Gina to meet her daughter (that she gave away at birth). He tells Gina that Sarah is a lot like her. She is gay and an artist (but mainly being GAY is the big news).
Brandon the cop (and Guya's boyfriend) finds prints on the murder weapon. They are indeed Sammi's.
Jake finds out that Lara and Ani's are getting married (although they have differing opinions about how quickly that will be). He throws them a party at the local watering hole (Malbec's). Both Ani and Lara are completely caught off guard and of course Laura has to pretend not to drink anything.
Grade: 4 Monsters (out of 5). So far Season 4 is turning into the best season yet.
