Meanwhile, Ramsey Snow is busy being a horrible person. When he shows his father Theon Greyjoy (now known as "Reek") Roose is not happy. He had wanted to use Theon for ransom but now he cant since he's missing some "bits". Ramsey does have something useful though. Reek tells him that the two Stark boys are actually alive. He killed two farm boys in their place and then set them on fire so they were unrecognizable. As long as they are alive, Bran and Rikon are a threat to the crown. Roose sends Ramsey to Moat Cailin. If he is successful in capturing it, Roose may make Ramsey a legitimate Bolton.
In other King's Landing news, Tyrion sends Shae away so she cant be harmed (but I wouldnt be surprised if something horrible didnt already happen to her). After the wedding, Joffrey is presented with the second sword. He uses it to chop through the rare book that Tyrion gave as a wedding gift. Everyone else exchanges insults wihth each other. Cersei corners Brienne of Tarth and asks if she loves Jaime. Jaime tells Loras that if he marries Cersei, she will kill him in his sleep. Oberyn insults the Lannisters. Joffrey presents a play "The War Of The Five Kings" (with little people depicting each king). That insulted anyone else who had not been previously.
Over in Dragonstone the Red Witch is busy burning people at the stake and giving the Stannis' child rearing tips. They send Melisandre to visit Shireen. She tells the girl "There is only one Hell... the one we live in now." Bran has a vision of the three eyed crow and a dragon flying over King's Landing. Did that happen in the past or future? I find his story line to be boring. There was no Jon Snow or the Mother of Dragons in this episode.
Grade: 5 Monsters (out of 5). I don't give many 5s but this is deserving of one for pure shock value alone. Great use of the "Rains of Castamere" music to tie in both the Red Wedding and the Purple Wedding.
