Agents Of SHIELD- Coulson and team are still on the run as Hydra attacks all the SHIELD facilities.They end up at a secret base in Canada. Coulson tells Skye to erase everyone's identities. Ward contacts her and she erases his too. She doesnt know yet that Ward is really part of Hydra. Raina is analyzing for Garrett the Jesus Juice that Skye and Coulson were given. Bates Motel- It looks like Norman has gotten away with killing Cody's dad. It seemed like self defense to me though. Norma continues to try to protect her mentally imbalanced son and to get Emma/Cody to help her Cody later goes to live with her aunt. In plot B, Dylan and Zane ambush a drug house (but Dylan gets knocked unconscious before he can participate). I dont particularly like that story line. Bates Motel Recaps
Game Of Thrones- What to say about episode 2 "The Lion and the Rose" except "WOW". I have purposefully stayed away from any spoilers about the books so I didnt see that coming. Who is responsible for Joffrey's death in what is now known as the "Purple Wedding". I highly doubt it's Tyrion. My money is on either Sansa, Lady Olena or Prince Oberyn Martell. Having said that, its probably someone completely unrelated. In other GoT news, Ramsey is busy being a horrible person. He may give Joffrey a run for his money. Hannibal- After last week's craziness, we return to the "killer of the week" structure. This time we find a dead woman INSIDE a horse. Yes you read that right. But the killer is not the first suspect. Let's just say never trust social workers. And it appears that there is a bromance brewing between Hannibal and Will. Not sure what that's about. Orphan Black- The first episode of season 2 aired this week. The show picked right back up where it left off last season. Kira and Mrs S are still missing. I still think Mrs S is in on the conspiracy. Sarah disguises herself as Cosima to get into the Dyad Institute. She beats up Rachel who says they do not have Kira. Resurrection- Caleb is still MIA and Rachel is still pregnant. The church busy body (Helen) tells everyone during church that Tom is the father of Rachel's baby. With that news, most of the church folk leave in protest. Meanwhile Maggie's friend from the NIH wants Jacob to go to Maryland for testing. Henry and Lucille decline. The Americans- Phillip buys a Camaro Z-28. Elizabeth is not happy about it. Lucia ambushes Larrick at his house. She plans to kill him since he killed her father and lots of other comrads The plan backfires though. Larrick calls Elizabeth over. He slowly strangles Lucia in front of Elizabeth but she cant kill him due to the Nicaraguan project. Lip and Liz had previously stolen nuclear mission propellar plans. However they were faulty and causes the death of 160 Soviet sailors. The noose tightens around Stan due to his feelings for Nina. I keep hoping he's really playing them instead of the other way around (but so far it's not looking like it). The Americans Recaps
Turn- airs Sundays at 9 ET on AMC. It tells the story of the Culper spy ring that helped win the Revolutionary War. The central character is Abe Woodhull. He's a cabbage farmer on Long Island in 1778. I watched the first two episodes. While the show isn't my cup of team, history buffs may enjoy it. Vikings- Aslaug gives birth to another son. This time he is crippled. Ragnar contemplates killing the child since he will never walk. Good thing he doesnt since Ivar the Boneless goes on to become one of the greatest Viking warriors. The Vikings prepare for another attack on England. Floki travels with Horik instead of Ragnar (trouble is still brewing there). Lagertha takes her place as Earl. Siggy tells Rollo she will be there for him when he returns (if that's what he wants).
