This episode seemed slower than others to me. The noose tightens around Liz and Lip since the CIA now knows they're looking for a male/female team (thanks to their stupid decision to not kill that guy last week).Other thoughts:
- "Clark" and Martha get married. Granny poses as Clark's mother and Elizabeth as his sister. That scene was funny. Speaking of Granny, I think her days are numbered since Margo was only supposed to be on the show for a few episodes. And you know Granny is gonna do some serious ass kicking on her way out. Claudia, you are my most favorite character of all!
- Why did Nina go to Arkady and confess? Is it because she got a promotion and is now the head of Directorate S? Is it because she thinks Stan killed Vlad (which he did)? Anyway she's now a triple agent so is spying on Stan. I fear this is all going to end very badly for Nina. But on second thought, maybe not. She plays the damsel in distress but is turning into nobody's fool. It would be an interesting conclusion if she was only one left standing.
- “An oath is both a statement for the present and a promise for the future" says the minister at the wedding. Who even knows what that means to this bunch. I don't know how they keep track of all of their lies.
Grade: 3 1/2 Monsters (out of 5). There is only one episode left this season so next week's should be great.
