Don't have time to keep up with your favorite TV shows? No problem, that's what I'm here for. Here's what happened in the sci fi/horror/mystery universe the week of 5/5/14 (Sunday thru Saturday). Note: Major spoilers below so be forewarned.
Agents Of SHIELD- We learn some of Ward's back story. We also find out that Garrett was the first subject for Operation Deathlok and will soon die without an infusion of the mysterious Guest House drug (which both Coulson and Skye also had). Ward is instructed to kill Fitz and Simmons but instead ejects them out of the plane into the ocean (in what looks like a locker). Cybertech, Centipede and Hydra are all connected. Bates Motel- The season finale aired this week and cleaned up a lot of loose endings (maybe too many). Nick Ford is dead. Zane and Jodi are dead. Romero wants Dylan to fill the void in the drug business. Dylan and Romero find Norman's box. Norman tries to kill himself but Norma stops him. She tells him the truth about what happened the night his father was killed. Norman takes a polygraph and passes (because Mother declares she killed Mrs Watson thus making Norman innocent). Excellent performances by Freddie and Vera. We're going to need some new characters in season 3 since most of the old ones are dead. Bates Motel Recaps

Hannibal- Hannibal and Will eat some endangered song birds. Margo is pregnant with Will's child. Mason sends Carlos to crash into her car. Surgery is done on her "lady parts" so she loses the baby and cannot have any other children. That Mason really is evil! Alana FINALLY suspects Hannibal and discusses the situation with Will. Will gives her a gun and suggests she go to a gun range to practice. And in the surprise ending, Jack takes Alana to a room in the FBI building where Freddie is being held (so no flaming Freddie). In The Flesh- Season 2 of this BBC show began on Saturday. Stay tuned later for my recap of season 1. Kieran is suffering from PDS (Partially Deceased Syndrome). He wants to move to Europe. He wears contact lenses, uses makeup, says his daily affirmations (which was hilarious) and takes his meds (so he wont eat anyone).
Once Upon A Time- This episode really seemed like a season finale. Baby Charming arrives and is promptly kidnapped by Zelena. She uses him as part of her curse that involves a brain (Rumple), a broken sword (David) and a heart (Regina). Regina goes all "light magic" on Greenie's ass and defeats her by taking her broach. Rumple suggests they kill her for what she did to Neal but Regina refuses. Rumple later visits her in jail and kills her anyway. And looks like that opened another time portal. Orphan Black- When we last saw Sarah she was in a car with Daniel that was sideswiped. It turns out to be Cal. He helps Sarah get away. They believe Daniel is dead. Sarah returns to the city to investigate Project Leda. Kira stays with Cal. After Alison's fall off the stage last week she was taken to drug rehab. She is visited by Donnie and Felix. Cosima sees the video diary of the clone Jennifer (who died several days earlier). She and Delphine do an autopsy on Jennifer. Helena appears to have some eggs removed by Henrik and the Proto cult. She escapes into the woods. Helena follows Sarah to Rachel's condo. What a great scene with Sarah/Daniel/Helena. Mrs S goes in search of an old friend and gets frisky against a wall at the bar. Resurrection- The season finale occurred this week. The undead Barbara meets with Fred. He is surprisingly OK with her saying their marriage is over. The miilitary arrives but they think they're responding to a natural disaster. Fred tells them what's up and wants all the deadies quarantined at the school gym. Boo Fred!!! Hank, Lucille and Jacob are sent away by Bellamy. He also takes a nice family who is looking for their son back to his fiance's house to hide. Bellamy leaves with Jacob but is stopped before they can leave town. Bellamy has a crescent birthmark on the back of his neck. Is he the missing son? He seems too young. Is he undead too? Salem- There is a power struggle between Mary and Hale. The doll Mary gave Sarah is causing crazy dreams and tries to kill her. Hale, knowing what is up, pleads with Mary to please stop. She has the upper hand for now. Salem Recaps
The Americans- Liz and Lip are on the trail of a Pakistani agent. Liz kills his boss in the pool. Sandra leaves Stan. Will he be tricked into giving away stealth secrets in order to protect Nina? Larrick finds out Kate is a Soviet agent. He attacks her in her home. She will not give up any additional intel (including the identity of the Jennings) so he snaps her neck. Warehouse 13- "Secret Seductions" was my most favorite episode to date. It was a Spanish soap opera with English subtitles. It was great fun and we got to see everyone stretch their acting muscles. There are only two episodes left in the series. Warehouse 13 Recaps
