What's a revenant? That's a revenant!
Hmmm I was just saying to myself "Self, I havent seen enough zombies this week". And lo and behold "Lost Girl" has more zombies than you can shake a sharp stick at. These zombies are called "revenants" though so the LG writers either took Latin in school or they have been watching "The Returned" over on the Sundance channel.
In other news, there were several big reveals in "End Of The Line". Acacia is back (and she has a new hand courtesy of Massimo the Druid). Acacia's new job is now escorting the un-dead Fae (back) to the afterlife. She still cant' be trusted though. And is Massimo still around cause I definitely remember him falling/jumping into a cauldron of molten something. Rainer is supposedly off at some battlefield. Is he a good guy or bad guy? I'm going with bad guy. And is Bo brainwashed by Rainer? I'm leaning towards "yes" on that one.
Dyson and Tamsin hook up. Say what? Not that I'm opposed to it. Their couple names could be Dysin or Tamson. Hmm they really arent that different are they? Trick and Vex have a heart to heart. And I still cant decide if Trick is a bad guy too. Where is Dr Lauren this episode?
Everyone heads over to the Cult of the Dead trailer park to look for clues. They get some intel. A guy named Harvey says you have to drink the zombies blood in order to control it. Well that's just disgusting. They learn Laveau is behind the latest zombie infestation. On to the next trailer. Laveau likes to talk a lot and wants the Una Mens seed for herself. No dice (especially since Bo doesnt know what she's talking about). It turns out Harvey and Laveau are in cahools together. Geez, you just cant trust the undead these days. Bo lops off Laveau's head and drinks the blood from the aforementioned head. Again, just disgusting. That stops all the zombies though and they crash to the ground.
I Was Just Hanging Out In My Trailer Watching Dr Phil. Now Stop Harassing Me!.
Grade: 3 1/2 Monsters (out of 5). It had zombies which is always a big plus but the writing seemed to be all over the place. Only two episodes to go till the end of the season. I hope they are exciting ones. In the meantime, keep an eye out for revenants.
